วิธีเตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์ / วิธีเตรียมผสม

1) ล้างมือให้สะอาดก่อนการเตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์

2) ล้างขวดนม จุกนมและฝาขวดนมให้สะอาด แล้วนำไปต้ม 5 นาที ปิดฝาไว้จนกว่าจะใช้

3) ต้มน้ำให้เดือด แล้วทิ้งให้น้ำอุ่น

4) เทน้ำอุ่น และตวงผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้ช้อนตวงที่ให้มาปาดให้เรียบเสมอขอบช้อนตวงลงในขวดนม ตามปริมาณที่ระบุไว้ในตารางเตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์

5) ทุกครั้งหลังการใช้ เก็บถุงและช้อนที่แห้งในภาชนะที่ฝาปิดสนิท เก็บในที่แห้งและเย็น

6) ปิดฝาขวดนม และเขย่าจนกระทั่งผลิตภัณฑ์ละลายหมด ตรวจสอบอุณหภูมิก่อนให้นมทารก

คำเตือน

• การเก็บ, รักษา, เตรียมหรือใช้ส่วนผสมไม่ถูกต้องจะเป็นอันตรายต่อทารก

• การผสมด้วยน้ำที่ไม่ได้ต้มสุก หรือใช้ขวดนมที่ไม่ได้ผ่านการต้ม หรือผสมในอัตราส่วนที่ไม่ถูกต้องมีผลทำให้ทารกเกิดการเจ็บป่วยได้

• ควรใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ ทั้งหมดก่อนจะถึงวันที่หมดอายุ และควรล้างช้อน และเช็ดให้แห้งก่อนใช้ควรเตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์ครั้งละขวดป้อนผลิตภัณฑ์ทันที และปฏิบัติตามข้อแนะนำโดยเคร่งครัด,

• หากทารกรับประทานผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผสมแล้วไม่หมดให้ทิ้งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหลือทั้งหมด

• ควรอุ้มทารกไว้ขณะที่ป้อนผลิตภัณฑ์ การปล่อยทารกไว้เพียงลำพัง อาจทำให้ทารกสำลักได้

• อย่าใช้เลี้ยงทารกอายุต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน

• สำหรับทารกอายุตั้งแต่ 6 เดือนขึ้นไป ทารกควรได้รับอาหารตามวัยควบคู่กับนมแม่ แต่ในกรณีที่ต้องใช้นมผงชนิดนี้เลี้ยงทารก ควรคำนึงถึงผลกระทบด้านค่าใช้จ่าย รวมทั้งผลเสียต่อสุขภาพทารกที่อาจเกิดจากการเตรียมและการใช้อย่างไม่ถูกต้องและไม่เป็นไปตามคำแนะนำ ซึ่งอาจทำให้ทารกเจ็บป่วยได้

• ไม่ควรเติมน้ำตาล น้ำผึ้ง หรือวัตถุให้ความหวานใดๆ อีก เพราะอาจทำให้ทารกและเด็กเล็กฟันผุและเป็นโรคอ้วนได้

วิธีเก็บรักษา

- ทุกครั้งหลังการใช้ ปิดถุงให้สนิทและเก็บถุงและช้อนที่แห้งในภาชนะที่ปิดสนิท เก็บในที่แห้งและเย็น

- ควรใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ให้หมดภายใน 3 สัปดาห์หลังจากเปิดถุง

- ควรใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ให้หมดก่อนวันหมดอายุที่ระบุใต้กล่อง

Information for food allergic consumers: Contains soya lecithin and fish oil

Preparation

1. Wash your hands carefully.

2. Wash bottle, teat and cap thoroughly. Boil for 5 minutes. Leave covered until use.

3. Boil drinking water and allow to cool.

4. Strictly follow the feeding table. First, pour water into the bottle. Then, add powder using only the scoop provided, carefully leveling off the extra powder.

5. After each use, place the bag and scoop in an air tight container. Make sure the scoop is dry. Store it in a cool and dry place. Recommend to consume within 3 weeks after opening. 6. Cap the feeding bottle, and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. Check the temperature before feeding the baby.

Caution

• Inappropriate storage, preparation, and feeding may harm infants.

• Unboiled water, unboiled bottles or incorrect dilution can all lead to the infants' illness.

• Only prepare one feed at a time. Feed immediately and follow the instructions exactly.

• Do not keep unfinished feed, discard the contents.

• Always hold infant while feeding. Leaving infant unattended may cause chocking.

• Do not feed infants under 6 months old

• An infant six months of age and older should be fed with food appropriate for its age together with breast milk. Where powdered milk is required for the infant, due consideration should be paid to the economic burden and health impact that may be caused by the powdered milk’s preparation and use, if improper and not conforming with the guidance provided and which may lead to illness of the infant.

• Sugars, honey and any other sweeteners should not be added since they may lead to dental caries and obesity in infants and young childrenStorage conditions

- After each usage fold the pouch tightly and keep the pouch and dry spoon in the container.

Store in a cool dry place.
